Hey Jason,
First of all, congratulations on developing such a thorough & professional platform.
I'm curious if you will be adding any material on HSPU & 1 arm Handstand work?
- HSPU: I see the pike progression and Bent Arm Stands are well detailed bodies of material with great progressions, but I'm looking for something a bit more advanced. Current level 1 in 5 successful reps hairline to floor (freestanding).
- 1 arm handstand: Your two arm complexity work looks fun, challenging and I'm looking forwards to ripping into them. However, I'm also looking to progress with the 1 arm which I appreciate is its own beast, I'm currently up to 5 finger support freestanding (hit and miss 5 -10s).
Apologies if Its already there and I have missed it in the search bar. I appreciate a movement practice is far bigger than these 2 'goals' these have just been two areas I've been working towards.
Thanks, Ollie
Dear Ollie,
Thank you for your presence on the platform and your kind feedback - there is still much to be added & developed and your feedback helps a long way toward directing this 🙏🏽
- R.e. HSPU resources, yes there are more to be uploaded toward freestanding development. They will be uploaded in the months following “official” release (4th July) and so I will put it on the front end 👍🏽
- R.e. 1-arm HS, whilst there are some foundation resources available for possible upload, I do not feel comfortable doing so until my own 1-arm HS is solid! As you mention, this is not such a huge part of the wider practice - there are full modules of strongly-developed material awaiting upload before this becomes a priority, but at soon as it is appropriate to do so I will.
Thank you Jason!
Appreciate your quick reply.
Looking forward to seeing some of other resources in the coming months. I definitely understand the reasons behind not feeling comfortable sharing the 1 arm hs resources yet. It's such a niche and complex skill with many variables.
Plenty here for me to sink my teeth into for now anyway
Cheers, Ollie
