Projects & tasks: Gross & fine motor-control

THE WHAT:
Context for practice to be opened as 'Movement projects', developing both "soft" & "hard" qualities through the process of their exposure and completion. Initially they are framed under the theme of leg-oriented 'gross & fine motor-control', the former in relation to the motor-control to organise one's global-structure in balance over 1 leg, and the later in relation to the fine motor-control required to maintain the ball in balance on the top of the foot. Note that the ball-balance variations (i.e. on foot, head, or 'V-finger') are not necessary progressive, and so the practitioner should simply begin with WHICHEVER of those context interests/is most accessible to them.
