Unilateral external shoulder-rotation (ER) variations
RE-/PREHAB: Shoulders, scap & neck

THE WHAT & HOW:
The specific strengthening of external shoulder-rotation (ER) in different planes of motion is done with an eye toward general development of shoulder-stability & health.
These tools become useful as investment in both pushing & pulling strength-projects increases, particularly in those with an habitually 'kyphotic' posture, as both can emphasise a more protracted form of execution which further strengthens INTERNAL shoulder-rotation. Further to a prehabilitative 'structural-balance' tool, it can also play a role in later stages of rehabilitation from shoulder injuries.
