THE WHAT:
Some simple techniques to treat/mitigate symptoms of elbow inflammation (acute or chronic epicondylitis) or other general overuse symptoms relating to the musculature of the forearm potentially transferring into the wrist.
These were tools I used particular to my own symptoms so be sure to explore your own condition - understand it better and choose the best tools on the road of pre/re-habilitation. Ultimately, everyone should have some basic tools for self maintenance according to your own movement habits, which means your protocols should reflect your movement practice.
