Handstand-7 to straight leg extension
1m 51s
THE WHAT:
A simple context to begin exploring the world of straight-line supported inversion. Experience should firstly be developed with the normal 'HS-7' before practicing (consistent 20-30" holds should be available), as this variation not only builds on the previous experience of form & structure but can also bring a greater fear response as only 1 foot is now on the wall, and the centre of balance (the moment of "lightness" in an optimally stacked position) can often catch practitioners unawares and cause them to lose tension in their structure.
