THE WHAT & HOW:
A most basic & general routine for prehabilitation of the wrist & finger ranges. For those unfamiliar with fundamental wrist-mobilization work, this is the routine to begin with. It utilises 'pulses' & rotations through ranges of extension & flexion as well as internal/external rotation helping to relieve & mitigate superficial tension in the fingers & forearms which can build up from both practice & lifestyle habits, restrict ranges, and contribute to hyper-tonic muscles and both chronic & acute tendinopathy-symptoms (e.g. medial/lateral epicondylitis).
