Back-to-wall handstand line
42s
THE WHAT:
The back-to-wall handstand line should be considered an ACCESSORY variation to it's wall-facing counterpart, which is more effective at both reveling and developing breakdowns in optimal straight-line alignment.
Whilst it can be a valuable tool for developing fundamental strength & conditioning in the inverted position, in the absence of pre-established optimal alignment the back-to-wall variation carries the danger of sustaining the inverted hold with poor alignment and/or a lack of desirable 'rigidity' through your form.
