THE WHAT & HOW:
Fundamental "getting up, and getting down" with a unilateral variation for the 'deck-squat'. Whilst essentially a floor-entrance/exit pattern performed through a single-leg with generally immediate availability to anyone able to perform the ‘Pistol squat’, it can be used either for submaximal conditioning or as a patterning context preparatory to a ‘Lower-body complexity’ session, ‘Floorwork’, or even, as a more dynamically-integrated context which expresses some momentum in its execution, jumping & landing practice.
