'Supinated' back-lever (BL) progressions
SAS pull (horizontal)
•
1m 52s
THE WHAT & HOW:
A 'supinated' back-lever variation (palms facing DOWN toward the floor in the hold position) in which the medial (insides) of the elbows are exposed to greater stress than in the 'pronated' variation.
Due to the arms being more in a position of EXTERNAL-rotation, the shoulders are also in a less-optimal position to express maximal PROTRACTION to create & stabilise the supportive upper-body "hollow" structure.
