Programming & using the 'VRL'

PEN & PAPER AT THE READY for note-taking as we take a practical tour of 'VRL' and how to commence writing your developmental practice.

This category presents resources, perspectives, considerations, and recommendations for self-directed programming, both at the 'micro' and 'macro' layers, and should be watched-through BEFORE practice & use of the 'VRL' begins. A practice to itself, effective programming requires experimentation, trial, and error to find not only what works in the short-term, but that it remains connected to both mid & long-term objectives. Before including a movement context always as the question: WHY do I need to practice this? WHAT purpose does it serve? WHERE is it taking me?

We can often find ourselves practicing contexts which become just habitual routine and find ourselves "serving" IT, rather that IT serving US. Simply taking a moment to REFLECT on our reasoning - often a case of ZOOMING OUT and taking the "birds-eye" view on our actions - can sometimes lead to surprising, albeit logical, conclusions.
