Full-range straddle press-HS

THE WHAT:
For those endowed with a high-capacity in straight-arm strength pressing or significant active-range in leg-abduction & compression (or, even more fortunate, both at the same time), these conceptually-progressive ‘Full-range straddle press-HS’ variations may be immediately available for practice with little prior investment.
Whilst a consistent 30” balancing straight-line handstand and experience with the balancing ‘Straddle’ form is generally given as a prerequisite before any ‘Straddle press-HS’ training is undertaken, even this may not be a necessary for those whose capacities can overcome what might be a years-long path of hurdles for others by application of raw-strength or tactical mobility.
