THE WHAT:
An “open” context, insomuch that the practitioner is free to explore all 90-90 patterns available to them in a programmed space/time. The objective here is to begin finding, understanding, and expressing the interconnections between the various isolated 90-90 contexts, both to establish them as usable body of seated/floor-contact vocabulary as well as ultimately developing proficiency to use them in a directed manner for travelling in & through space.
Further, it is an opportunity to “revise” all patterns which have been so far learnt, ensuring they are USABLE in application, rather than existing simply as isolated exercises. The key rule to be observed here is simple: do NOT stop moving throughout. Think “on the go”, and observe & direct the pattern which come to surface.
