THE WHAT:
A most fundamental human movement pattern - entering and exiting the floor from a seated position. Regardless of age, capacities, or physical condition, it is required by EVERYONE. As such, this context is about developing EFFICIENCY, which ultimately translates to "effortlessness" - and even aesthetic beauty - IF sufficiently practiced. Review the webinar here for more information on the nuances of this pattern: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VsgfsbgirWQ&t=7442s
Do NOT mistake this for a "sit-up" action - note the ROTATIONAL trajectory of the movement. You should try to make it as easy and possible and aim for a bodily texture between soft and firm.
