The 'Handstand-7' (HS-7)
'Bridging' & global-extension

THE WHAT & HOW:
The 'Handstand-7' is a fundamental structural awareness drill which facilitates learning the sensation of a "stacked" structure, i.e. having the hips stacked over the shoulders stacked over the hands in an alignment which results in supporting your centre of mass (around the pelvis) over your SKELETAL structure.
This idea is fundamental not only to understanding how balance works in a handstand but also in develop EFFICIENCY in practice - as such, it should be understood & achievable by any beginning before starting work toward straight-line wall-supported contexts.
