THE WHAT:
An integrated SAS ('Tuck-planche') and BAS ('Protracted pushup'/PPU) strength development & maintenance context which requires strong foundational development in those individual forms for successful & productive practice. Whilst demonstrated on steps, it is also possible to practice on high or low parallel bars.
You should ensure, however, that the toes MINIMALLY clear the top of the elevated surface in the top position; this determines that a fully locked-out ‘Tuck-planche’ was achieved on each rep.
