The 'Protracted pushup'
BAS push (horizontal & lateral)

1m 55s
THE WHAT & HOW:
A fundamental strength context developing strength & integrity of the fundamental scapular-protracted/"hollow-body" structure, in combination with horizontal, bent-arm pushing.
This is ultimately the same structure & execution used in progressive bent-arm strength (BAS) forms, whether pushing vertically overhead or below, on rings or on floor; it builds from the fundamental 'Scapular-pushup', and goes as far as the practitioner's will & effort dictate.
