THE WHAT:
Fundamental vertical-pulling variations with a "chest-to-bar" (CTB) standard, performed with a pronated (i.e. 'pullup') grip. There is no "better" or "worse" here in terms of the contexts presented, although a progressive scale in terms of difficulty can easily be extrapolated (i.e. a 'mechanical-advantage' execution is generally more challenging to achieve CTB than with 'strict').
